Wryline is a brand operated by VORTEX AM LLC (“Wryline,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). VORTEX AM LLC operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services provided through the store (the “Services”).
Wryline is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein, describe your rights and responsibilities when you access or use the Services.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully, as they include important information about your legal rights, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
By visiting, interacting with, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms or our Privacy Policy, you should not use or access the Services.

We make every reasonable effort to display our products accurately. However, colors, print appearance, scale, and other visual characteristics may vary depending on your screen, device settings, production process, garment color, and other factors.
We cannot guarantee that the appearance of a physical product will be identical to its digital representation or mockup.
Some Wryline products are produced on demand after an order is placed.
Because products may be made specifically in response to your order, please carefully review product descriptions, garment details, available colors, and size charts before completing your purchase.
Product descriptions, pricing, availability, colors, sizes, designs, and other details may be changed or discontinued at any time without notice.
We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at our discretion.
Returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you submit an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products included in that order.
Wryline reserves the right to accept, decline, modify, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, payment problems, inventory or production issues, pricing errors, or other circumstances affecting our ability to fulfill the order.
Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it.
Because many Wryline products are made to order, production may begin shortly after an order is placed. Once production has started, we may be unable to cancel or modify the order.
If we cancel or materially change an order, we will attempt to contact you using the information provided at checkout.
Purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Products purchased through our store are intended primarily for personal or household use unless otherwise agreed in writing.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts, promotions, and product availability may change without notice.
The price charged will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is submitted, subject to correction of obvious errors.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, displayed product prices may not include applicable taxes, shipping charges, customs duties, import fees, or other charges that may apply to your order.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, payment, shipping, and account information.
You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted for the purchase and that the information provided is accurate.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Production and delivery times shown on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Because many Wryline products are made to order, your order may require production time before it is handed to the shipping carrier.
Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, customs processing, peak-season demand, incorrect address information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.
If an order is lost or materially damaged in transit, please contact us so that we can investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services, including Wryline trademarks, branding, logos, illustrations, graphics, designs, product artwork, slogans, text, photographs, videos, website content, layout, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Wryline, VORTEX AM LLC, or their respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The Services are provided for your personal, non-commercial use.
Unless expressly permitted by us in writing, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, copy, sell, license, create derivative works from, publicly display, republish, download, or commercially exploit materials from the Services.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership or a license to any Wryline intellectual property except for the limited right to access and use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
Wryline names, logos, product names, designs, artwork, and slogans may not be used without prior written permission.
Shopify's names, logos, products, and services are the property of Shopify or its licensors.
All other trademarks appearing through the Services belong to their respective owners.

We may provide access to tools, applications, or services offered by third parties.
We do not necessarily control, monitor, or endorse such third-party tools.

Wryline is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Wryline.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Wryline, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products or services.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to purchases and transactions made directly with Wryline.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer protections.
SECTION 18 - INDEMNIFICATION
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wryline, VORTEX AM LLC, Shopify, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from third-party claims arising directly from:
• your material breach of these Terms;
• your unlawful use of the Services; or
• your infringement of the lawful rights of another person.
This obligation applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and, where necessary, severed from these Terms.
The remaining provisions will remain in effect.
