RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Because our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or incorrect color selection.

Please review the product description and size chart carefully before placing your order.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue, please include:
• your order number;
• a brief description of the problem;
• clear photos showing the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

You do not need to return a damaged, defective, or incorrect item unless we specifically ask you to do so.

REFUNDS

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days after the refund is processed for it to appear on your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.
